That looks like a membrane switch panel. A quick search turned up several companies, i haven’t used any of them (we replaced all of our membrane control panels with HMI’s long ago)

For posterity one of our membrane switch control panels was kept. They were a nightmare, switches wore out light bulbs burnt out, yep light bulbs not LEDs. If you end up getting one of the more modern ones i would like to here how it works out.

Incase anyone is curious this is what it looks like.
