I’m working on a central configuration management tool/client to manage a hub and spoke architecture of 20+ ignition gateways. Is there a way to specify in URL format a project that the designer will open?
Something like:
<remote_gateway_1>:8088/main/system/launch/designer/designer.jnlp?project=MySCADAProject
This way it would be possible to have a single landing page that could open designers for remote gateways when a system maintenance or troubleshooting is needed.
Carrying this thought a little further it would also help manage developers and their work on multiple development gateways. When launching a project in a designer, developers could “check-out” the project with comments and maintaining project status in a central database.
Note: Ignition Platform is 7.7.7/Linux
