Does Ignition Gateway have a communication monitor from Edge Node to End Device?

I want to observe the communication from an Edge Node to a RTU.

I want to see the communication when the Edge Node executes a command (Like a setpoint change) to a Emerson FB3000.

Does Ignition Gateway v8.1.36 have communication monitor, to see traffic to/from edge node to RTU?

No. Ignition does not provide that. It is relatively easy to do if wireshark is installed on the edge node. (tshark from the command line via an SSH connection is what I typically do.)
