This was a small internal project, not large. Not much data. It wasn’t even talking to any PLCs. Pretty much only interacting with databases. But a lot of what they did could be accomplished with scripting, and by putting it in queries, it created several slightly different versions of the same query because the scripting was slightly different. Lots of places where a named query with some scripting would have eliminated several other queries.
