Double aknowledgment in the alarm journal

Hi,

We use Ignition 7.6.3.
We have an alarm with manual acking mode and our gateway is configured with 1 Live Event Limit.
The problem has been observed in the alarm journal.

First case :
In a cycle, active, cleared, active we have a system acknowledgment, great.

Second :
In a cycle, active, user acknowledgment, and cleared, we have an additional acknowledgment inserted by the system with the same timestamp, event id and user when active state is up again.

Third :
In a cycle, active, cleared and then user acknowledgment, we have an additional acknowledgment inserted by the system with the same timestamp, event id and user when active state is up again.

We don’t know why in second and third cases, we have two aknowledgment?

the repeated ack is a bug that will be fixed in 7.6.4, I solved this problem with a big white rectangle on system ack button

I have the same issue. But, I’m using version 7.9.1 (64-bit).

Would I resolve this by upgrading?

Any news here? just noticed this aswell…! running 7.9.4 (64-bit)

I’m running 7.9.10 on an Edge running Ubuntu and keep seeing this problem using the Acknowledge button on the Alarm Summary. The multiple acknowledgement was from a single click of the button, with only one alarm visible and selected.
