Is there a way that will allow the users to view the Perspective project from Zones? And the users might be connected to the respective company wifi to access the same perspective project.
If so, can you please provide me a way to proceed ahead

Sure, in the gateway you can configure Security zones:

You can then set view permissions on each of your perspective views. Also in the realtime provider settings on the gateway you should set tag editing/writing permissions to at least some kind of authenticated user.

I created a security zone and then selected the same zone in the permission section under project properties in the designer. I even enabled the realtime provider seetings on the gateway but my perspective project is not launching

That will be because your machine is not in the Security Zone you configured, I'd check your security zone configuration to make sure your machine has access.
You can also list out different zones in the configs, I tend to create a super developer role and allow access everywhere for that role so I can go around all my zoning when testing

How to know to which zone, the particular users are assigned to or how to add particular users to a security zone?
If you configure them, you can set the IP range or hostnames. Or if a gateway the gateway names.
If you have made a zone where your IP/hostname isn't in that range you can't access it
