Here is a script to download the binaries directly to your server. The download portion of the website wont work if you just copy the URL.
Usage as follows
./download.sh buildnumber
download Ignition.zip (559 Bytes)

[tt]http://files.inductiveautomation.com/release/buildXXXX/Ignition-buildXXXX-linux.zip[/tt]
Yeah I always forget what those URLs are. Are you planning a switch to dynamic URLs?
