I have a download table that i want to get the exact time stamp data value every 3 hours. this is how I have the table set up. what am i missing. i know that the value is 7 at 3AM, but when the data come in on my table it is 214. This is the closest non-near zero value that i see in the charted data. i have pictures below of this. What am i missing?
