Driver for protocol IEC 60870-5 101/104

Hello,
We need driver for IEC 60870-5 101/104. In europe it is widely
used within within communication with switchgears and other electrical devices.
We use Ignition 8.1. Will Ignition support this protocol in future?

Kepware has a IEC 60870-5 driver.

There have been a couple other requests for an Ignition driver for this protocol but it's not on any roadmap right now. I can't say for certain if it will or will not be available in the future.
