Duplicate rows SQL data from transaction groups

I have one transaction group (store proc) running and every time I hit a trigger to fire the transaction group, I see the #executions increment by 1 in the Ignition designer, but I see two new rows of SQL data (almost identical timestamps).

Any idea what is causing this?

There were to instances of the transaction groups running. I’m not exactly sure how I got two transaction groups running… but I did. I noticed them in the main web-based control panel. Removing one of the duplicated transaction group, fixed the issue.
