I'm new to ignition. I have a BACnet connected device and can browse and add a tag. My problem is if the last name in the parameter path is the same as one that was previously added I get the ignore or overwrite message when trying to add the new tag. (Present_Value) for both temp and humidity in my case. I attached a screenshot. How do I add multiple tags with "duplicate names"?
Don't use that dialog. Instead, create OPC tags from the Ignition Tag Browser, with unique names, and set their OPC Item Path property manually. Or, perhaps, drag and drop from the OPC Browser to the Tag Browser.
