Duplicating template and renaming tag path in export

What is the encoding used for the CData in the file Export. We are hoping to duplicate a project template by renaming the tagpath in the export file and re importing eg;

12345.helloWorld/path

to

22222.hellowWorld/path

2

It’s a maze of twisty passages…
