Would it be possible to make the “Roster” selection of the notification block in a pipeline editable?

I am basically trying to create a pipeline template that would be generic for many different sites. Then, based on some property field that gets passed, the only variable is who the notification gets sent to. This would be MUCH handier than trying to create 100s of pipelines when the only thing that needs to change is the recipient.

yes I agree 100%. That and being able to mix notification types into one notification block would be ideal.

Yeah, we’re working on something like this. Some way to script the roster stuff.
