EAM Agent Connection Issue

Hi,
We recently had an issue with around 70 of our EAM agents disconnecting from the controller, we have about 140 agents in total. I'm not sure what caused this issue, port 8060 was available from the agent side and the backup server connection was still healthy. Example agent error:

My solution was restarting the incoming connection to the agent:


The first entry is a working agent whilst the second is not working and is in this hung state where the agent will say running but won't return data until the link is reset.
I've attached the logs for the agent and server, there doesn't seem to be any error from the server logs however the agent fails to connect then changes to the backup server, fails again and then never retries? I'm not 100% on the behavior we should expect from the agent.
We are running v8.1.31 for both server and agents.
