I have setup EAM connection on both gateway (local and remote). in my gateway network it shows outgoing connection status to remote gateway as running. now when doing agent setup in EAM it gives error EAM module may not installed on this server. i have EAM Module installed on both gateway and it is same version. anyone else face similar problem ? Hi Gerardo, on development PC you need to go to Config->network->gateway network setting-> outgoing connections and add your agent(deployment PC IP). once done that you need to go to deployment PC and set up incoming connection. you will need to approve the request there. i think there is video also in ignition university for this. i was not doing properly but then after doing as above it worked. please try that and hope it works for you. please have a look at video in inductive university
