EAM Archive Path use UNC

is it possible to use a UNC network path fro the EAM archive path?

I have tried \server\folder and it does not seem to work.

You have to select a folder on the local gateway. If you can map the server folder as a network drive, that should also work.

i have tried a mapped drive and i receive the error message “FAIL: Command line returned OS error code ‘1’ for command [cmd.exe, /C, dir /a /-c “F:\Folder\EAM Gateway Backups”]”
