EAM task waiting

My “Collect Backup” task in EAM is currently stuck in waiting and I’m uncertain why. I’ve check the status of the agent- controller connection and it says it’s connected. Additionally, I have tried recreating the task, but it is still stuck. I have also checked the path to the archive. Any ideas on why the EAM task is stuck in waiting?

Found the solution to my problem. Seems I had to completely uninstall and then reinstall the EAM controller and agents. Once I did that, the collect backup tasks started to execute.
