Whenever I try to visit an EAM agent it takes me to the local 192.168.1.20 address. The issue here is that my gateway network is over a private network and the agents are behind their own routers with a port forwarding rule. Is there a network configuration that I can change in order to utilize this feature? Or is this an issue with how that feature works?
It's probably just a bug/oversight in how the feature works. You should contact Support and explain your setup in a bit more detail, and they can get an internal bugticket filed.
