Easy Chart export to excel and data integrity

I noticed that Easy Chart uses data that is not valid when exporting data to excel. Example below shows that trend is working as expected, so it does not draw the parts where data quality is other than 192. But when I export this same data to excel format, the result file includes data values of points of which data integrity is 0.

Here’s part of the export file:

2014-05-09T16:36:30.909 0.0 0.0 2014-05-09T16:37:04.620 0.4140350944117491 0.48421053300824035 2014-05-09T16:37:38.331 0.8280701888234983 0.9684210660164807 2014-05-09T16:38:12.042 1.2421052832352475 1.4526315990247212 2014-05-09T16:38:45.753 1.6561403776469965 1.9368421320329614

As you can see there is zero data included, which is not true at all. Aggregation mode in this example was “average”, but this mode does not seems to affect the results. Data points were scanned using Modbus TCP and communication gaps were probably due the weak 3G connection.

Ignition version is 7.6.4.

One of our customer primaly uses this export to excel function and this leads to fault results.

Any help? Thanks
