The print button on the easy charts we are using don’t seem to do anything. Am I missing something to get them to work? I was picturing a pop up window that would ask you what printer to send it to or something.

Yes, it should give you a dialog box of where to print. What version of Ignition and Java are you using?
We are using Ignition 7.5.0 and Java 7.
Somewhere along the Java 7 release timeline there were some internal changes to how Java handles printing that broke various printing features within Ignition. You’ll have to upgrade to Ignition 7.5.3 or later to fix this bug.
