I’m havim problem with easy chart, after stopping the server the pens no longer apper.
I’m ussed using version 7.2.11(209)

Hi,
Are they tag history pens? If you go to Config>Console in the gateway, do you see any errors reported that seem to correspond to the times when Ignition would be querying the data? If so, you can export the log and post it (or email it to support).
Also, take a look at Status>Store and Forward. Does everything look healthy? Are any rows quarantined?
The easiest thing to do would be to just call in and let support take a look over gotomeeting, but if you can find some more info, it might be something simple.
