Easy Chart Unparseable Date error

Can anyone point out what I'm doing wrong in this Easy Chart display to get the ParseException: Unparseable date: "6/27/24 5:30 PM" when I attempt to edit the Date/Time stamp below to "5:30 PM" so that I can zero in on the time range I'm trying to look at?

I thought that maybe I had to make the end format match the starting format, but I get the same error regardless.

I believe the Easy Chart has different "modes" based on how zoomed in/out you are on the bottom date line. If you zoom in far enough, I think under 72 hours total, it should change the displayed times to something like "5:00 PM" instead of "5 PM" and will accept a finer time resolution.
