Hi
I’ve just upgraded an Edge gateway from 8.1.6 to 8.1.18 and that is working perfectly but I’m now having an issue with the Designer Launcher which will only display as per the attached image so I cannot log into the Designer. It asked me to upgrade which I did but it did not make any difference. I’ve tried blindly entering the username and password but it hasn’t made any difference.
Has anybody come across this previously or got any recommendations?
