I have about 30 Edge devices, which need to forward about 30 datapoints/s.
I only get about 2-3, the most I've gotten is 6 Datapoints/second. This makes the local storage fill up really quickly. I only have a Trial Ignition server, since I need this to work before a full purchase. I'm wondering if there is a some kind of limit if it is a Trial Server. I cannot read any information on it, and I also think the technical info around Store & Forward is quite slim. Has any had better success with this ? Server and Edge devices run 8.1.41
The only limitation of any trials is the time limit.
You might share more about what you're trying to do. Are you using MQTT or trying to store history data using Sync services?

Contact sales and they will generally issue a one-off 30-day trial, assigned to a specific customer, for a specific use case, with a specific set of modules and architecture in mind.
Use those 30 days wisely, as you generally won't get an extension.
If this is the pre-sale stage, you may want to consider MQTT, which, as of 8.1.35, has a 35-day disk-backed backfill should you have a loss of connection otherwise.
