Hi,
I've configured an Edge to sync data to a standard gateway, the sync is working as I can see the Sync Id constantly increasing at "sync reset screen".
I have this type of configuration working for other edge gateways, sending data to the same database. All of them appear on the powerchart browser like bellow.
But for this new one, even with the sync Id increasing, the data for this gateway are not showing there.
