We have an Ignition Edge 8.0 system that is using remote data sync to push the tag history to an Ignition 8.0 server. We can see the data in the database tables and if we create a Vision chart component we can view it. When we create a time series chart in a report covering the same data, the chart is blank. Looking at the XML both tags show NULL values. We’ve tested this on two different Edge/Server pairs with the same results. Is this a known issue?
Any help would be appreciated.
