We had a major power failure last night and our ignition servers have been going off the wall since. I have contacted inductive automation via 1(800)266-7798, 1(888)730-9655, and 1(877)730-9655. We have the correct tier of support to allow for emergency calls, but every time I go through the automated response to get transferred to them, it rings once and then goes silent.
Does anyone have the direct line to emergency support?
