I’ve set up an external user source that is set to automatic user management mode.
What type of encryption does the passwd field use?
Ignition 7.7.1 on a windows 2008 server.
Mr. Luke of IA tech support was able to help me figure this one out. I’ll post it here in case anyone else comes looking for it in the future (hello people of the future).
The passwords are simply sha1 hashes with base 64 encoding.
