Hello,
I have a problem with a customer. The company before me configured then deleted several alarms, the problem is that the alarm is still visible in my "Alarm Status Table" and is considered active by the software, it is impossible to acknowledge it as it no longer exists.
I've tried recreating the exact alarm with the same tag and then deleting it, but it doesn't work.
I don't understand because when I create an alarm and then delete it, it disappears from the "Alarm Status Table" even though I delete it without acknowledging.
Attached is a screen printout of my "Alarm Status Table" and the details of this alarm which no longer exists.
There is also the UDT screen with the variable that is no longer alarmed. I specify that no tag differs from the UDT.
There's a SQLite file in the install folder that Ignition uses to retain active alarms through a shutdown/restart cycle. I don't recall the name, but it should be obvious (under data/, IIRC). Anyways, you need to shut down your gateway, delete that file (or rename it if paranoid), and then start back up.
