Equipment Scheduler row header width

I'm trying to view an equipment scheduler from a mobile device, but the row header (where the assets are listed) takes up about half of the screen size. Is there a way to change the row header width?

Did you ever come across a fix for this issue? I am in a similar spot currently and have been able to manipulate the items width property but end up with a blank space as seen in the attached images through the advanced stylesheets
