We are trying to activate an ignition license and this error message appear.
License file “data\license.ipl” does not match host system.
and then this message error message appears
Activation request failed [code = 13, message = no activation left]
If anyone can help me I really appreciate

That means the license has already been used. If you decommission a server, you must de-activate the license before you shut it down. If you can no longer start the old server to perform the de-activation process, you will need to contact support to reset the license.
Actually, the first message means the hardware changed in the system so the license isn’t valid any more.
