Error getting Audit Profile

Hi all,

We have two gateways in which I have setup a remote audit profile on one that points to the other.

During the setup procedure the gateway automatically detected the other gateway and showed the correct Audit profile I wanted it to link to.

Once the setup was complete I saw this error in the logs.

Note that both gateways are running on the same system with all the ports of the second gateway increment to be different.(We will being moving these gateways to docker containers in the future, but for now we are doing testing)

(Had to blur the audit profile and project name due to client confidentiality)

My guess is that the Remote audit profile is using the same default 8060 port?

Hello! Based on the error in the logs, it appears that the project in question is referring to an audit profile that doesn’t exist. It could be that the project doesn’t have this particular audit profile set. If you open the Designer > Project > Project Properties > General, is the audit profile on the Gateway the same one for the project? Even though this is an image for 8.3, the same methodology would apply for 8.1
