Error launching application. File already exists exception

When trying to open a runtime that was installed using Vision Client Launcher I get the following error;

Error launching application.
FileAlreadyExistsException.

The Vision Client Launcher was received via email.

Problem solved.
I uninstalled the Client Launcher and its folder then reinstalled.
Works fine now.
