I receive this error message upon attempting to open the designer. I am able to successfully add the local gateway to my list of designers. But when I try open the newly added designer the error message is triggered.

Same issue now iam facing have you found any solutions.
That file is corrupted. Delete the entire cache folder, and restart the client launcher. This will recreate the file.
If windows won't let you delete, open the task manager, and kill the latent jdk process that will be running.
