Error Launching Client and Designer on New PC

I am getting an error message come up on a new PC when trying to launch a project Client. I have tried another project client on the PC and am able to launch that project. I have turned off all firewall settings on the PC, I have cleared the cache and relaunched the project again, I have deleted the temporary files on the internet settings on the Java Control Panel.

The error that keeps appearing is attached.

What version of Ignition are you running? Also, what version of Java is running on the affected client?

On the client computer there is a folder in your user’s home directory call ‘.ignition’. If you look around in there, you should find a ‘launch-error_TIMESTAMP.txt’ file or something similar. See if that says anything useful.

You can also try deleting the .ignition folder entirely, and that might solve your problem as well.
