Error message upon opening window instnace and passing UDT parameter

Hi,

We are getting the following error message when opening a window instance and passing an UDT parameter to it.

It worked in version 7.9, but after upgrading to 8 it doesn’t work anymore.

The way the windowed is opened is as follows:

Template with UDT custom property bound to UDT tag instance →
Mouse click on template →
Window instance (general) is opened and the templates UDT custom parameter is passed to the windows UDT custom parameter of same type →
Mouse click on button for parameters in (general) window →
(This is where the error comes)
Window instance (parameter) is opened and the (general) windows UDT custom parameter is passed to the (parameter) windows UDT custom parameter of same type

I’ve checked the scripts and bindings and all seems to be in order?

Hi,

I’m having trouble replicating the error you’re seeing. Do you think you could attach a project and tag export demonstrating this behavior? Also which version of 8 did you upgrade to?
