Error Opening Vision Client Launcher

I ran into this issue while trying to setup vision client launcher for a client. Looking at previous posts led me to believe I could resolve the issue by deleting the runtimes folder within "C:\Users\username\.ignition\cache\resources\runtimes" but that runtimes folder already doesn’t exist within the resources folder which might be the issue. Does anyone know how I might get that runtimes folder setup. Is it missing because I only had the customer install Vision Client Launcher and not ignition.exe as well?

You can try removing the entire .ignition/ directory, rather than just the runtime cache.
The cache will automatically be repopulated the next time you launch an application using one of the launchers.

Client machines only need to install the client launchers; once connected the launcher will launch a series of processes that are able to stair-step into the correct environment.
