Error retrieving tag information

I am using a UDT for Siemens device where UDT parameter gets written through client toggling the DBs.
Here’s the UDT Parameters:

Before, the tags were taking little over 3 seconds to update which I thought would be normal. But, when I try to look at tag config, it gives me an error popup as below :

Any Idea about what I am doing wrong ?

I don’t think you are doing anything wrong, it just sounds like a bug… I’d call support and possibly try upgrading if that’s an option.

I’m already at 8.0.17. I’ll have to see if I can bump it up to 8.1.x
