Error when adding dataset to chart

When I add an addition dataset to a chart I receive this message. Any ideas why?

This sounds like this bug: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=3922&start=0&st=0&sk=t&sd=a which was reported by Ron. It has been fixed, just need to release 3.3.2. Its in its fifth beta and is just waiting on some beta testing results.

In case you didn’t gather from that other post - just add some data to the dataset to avoid the error as a workaround.

The problem is I click add dataset and then click ok. When I click ok this message pops up and won’t let me ok out of the window. I have to click cancel and then open up the customize window again then I can change things about the dataset. If I try adding multiple datasets at once when I hit cancel and come back only the first dataset I added is there.
