Error when lauching Designer, connect exception: Connect refused : connect

I got Ignition gateway backup file from any site collegue, and I import to my local gateway which is installed on my laptop with trail license, I can open the gateway, it works fine, when I am trying to add it designer and open it, I got below error.
Anyway can help , is there any step I missing ?

That's is a network error, not an Ignition error. Look at your firewall settings (both ends, maybe a router in between).

Everything is local so i use local:8088 to reach gateway but not able to get designer running.

Issue was resolved by disable Force Secure Redirect*, refer to this link
