Error when starting Client

We keep getting the following error when a client is starting, the other clients on the same Gateway start up normally. Client launcher has been downloaded from the gateway and the application re downloaded. No changes have been made to the client PC.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

Did you try deleting the users .ignition folder?

I think we’ve also seen this when a proxy or AV on the client machine interferes with downloading files from the gateway.
