when I import tags through .CSV file, which has been exported from FactoryTalk View, an error says Unknown CSV Format.
Does there is some issue or I can’t import from FactoryTalk?

Unfortunately Ignition cannot import tags from Rockwell’s FactoryTalk View software. You can only import from Ignition, FactoryPMI and FactorySQL backups.
Though, you can do an export from Ignition, see the format, and massage your FT export to look like it I bet.
Yes, you could open it up in Excel and massage it into the right format for SQLTags. Then you just need to go into the designer and upload the new file into your SQLTags Browser. Hopefully the formats are similar and it won’t take you too much time to complete.
