Error while uploading a module to the gateway

I am getting the following error while trying to upload the Sepasoft production module to our Ignition gateway:

Upload failed: Processing of multipart/form-data request failed. java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: Idle timeout expired: 30000/30000 ms

Any ideas why this is happening? Could it be getting blocked by IT or something?

Ignition version 8.1.17

Quite possible. I recall some similar errors for that reason a long time ago.
