Error Writing : Bad_Unsupported MicroLogix 1100

Hello,

I’m accessing Input tags of MicroLogix 1100 and found that i can not write to Input Tags (I:0/0 etc)
However, i can write to memory tag like N7 or B3.

I’ve checked all the necessary setting and it all set in Read/Write Mode

Could you please tell me what am i missing? Or is it because the tags are physical tags hence you could not “write” to it.

Inputs are typically read-only. Apparently this applies to your Micro1100. Even if it let you write to it, the value would be immediately replaced by the actual physical input…
