This SIG200 is an ethernet/IP sensor gateway. Can i connect this device directly with Ethernet/IP protocol?

Probably with @pturmel 's ENIP module, but not with anything first party Ignition driver.

Yes, seems to use a generic profile. There would need to be some code on the Ignition side to manage the I/O Link traffic within the connection.

No, Edge in general does not allow third party modules to be installed.
