do we get the data in event stream (with source: Tag Event) from edge data sync? In particular, in case there was a disconnect and the buffered data are synced evenuelly.

Can you better explain the scenario / architecture where these two technologies work together?

If we have an architecture like this. Will those technologies, Edge Sync with S&F and Event Streams at the Central Ignition Gateway, work together?
Concrete:
- Edge collects data from the PLC
- Data sync to the central gateway [Is this a source for the event stream?]
- Edge and central are disconnected
- Edge buffers the data
- Connection is restored
- Edge syncs the buffered data to the central gateway [Is this a source for the event stream?]
I'll check with somebody to make sure, but I don't think these work together. Edge sync and S&F are for things backfilling history, they're not a real time tag value source.
