To easily rule out your browser as the cause, try other browsers/a private or incognito window, or at least with all browser extensions disabled.
ok , will try , but the same is working for ignition 8.1 . We have only 2GB RAM allocated to ignition Does insufficient RAM has any work on this ?
Maybe. I'd expect to see an error in the gateway logs if that was the issue.
I will say 2gB is not a lot for an Ignition gateway, especially one running Perspective. Not impossible to make it work, but if you're constantly fighting for headroom your experience overall is going to suffer.
