Exporting file in quarantined section in store and forward

Hi,

I’m trying to access a file that’s been quarantined in the store and forward page on the ignition gateway. I keep getting a download failed network error when attempting to export the file, and I assume it’s a network firewall issue.

Was wondering if there’s an easier/quicker way to get the quarantined file without having to go thru the firewall. I do have direct access to the ignition server.

Are you trying to do this through a browser that’s not on the gateway server? Since you have access to the server you can export the file from there, then copy it out.
