Expose Alarm Journal Table Date picker as new Component

As of this moment, we don't have any component to select a date range in perspective and people have to use two date pickers to do this which is not ideal.
The Alarm Journal Table and Power chart use an internal date picker which is very solid and good.

I wonder why IA doesn't expose it as an independent component.
