If used in tags, you probably need to restart the tag provider. Or individual tags. Vision and Perspective should both pick up the change. In what part of Ignition are you seeing this behavior?
Modification of expression parameters or other modifications will only call the function before modification
I think restarting the tag or tag provider is your only option for now.
